These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the scrplay2 platform. By registering an account or accessing any service on scrplay2, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of offer. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until requirements are met. Abuse of bonus terms will result in forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of scrplay2's licensing authority. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that territory unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and scrplay2 ("scrplay2", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the scrplay2 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the scrplay2 platform.
1.1 In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
1.2 References to "scrplay2" include all operating entities, affiliates, and licence holders responsible for the delivery of the Platform's services.
1.3 Headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any service on the scrplay2 Platform. scrplay2 is committed to preventing underage gambling and will request age verification documentation from any Player where there is reasonable doubt as to their age. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be suspended immediately and all funds subject to review.
2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one Account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single person, whether under different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at registration. You must notify scrplay2 promptly of any changes to your registered details. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
2.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions. You must ensure that online gaming is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of your use of the Platform under the laws applicable to you. scrplay2 accepts no liability for your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming may be restricted or prohibited.
2.5 KYC Verification. scrplay2 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary or permanent Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
3.2 scrplay2 will never request your password by email, live chat, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel. Any person claiming to be scrplay2 staff who requests your password should be treated as a phishing attempt. Report such incidents to scrplay2 support immediately.
3.3 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not you authorised that activity. scrplay2 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
3.4 You must notify scrplay2 immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. scrplay2 may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of a reported security incident.
3.5 scrplay2 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its discretion where it suspects fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or any activity that may damage the integrity of the Platform.
4.1 Deposits. All deposits must be made using payment methods registered to and owned by the Account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted. scrplay2 reserves the right to reverse deposits made using payment methods not verified as belonging to the Account holder.
4.2 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available only to Accounts that have completed KYC verification and, where applicable, satisfied any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds. Withdrawal requests for Accounts with outstanding KYC documentation will be held pending completion of verification.
4.3 Processing Times. scrplay2 aims to process withdrawal requests for fully verified Accounts promptly. Actual receipt of funds depends on the payment provider and may vary. scrplay2 makes no guarantee as to the time taken by third-party payment processors to credit funds to external accounts.
4.4 Currency. The Platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals denominated in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the applicable exchange rate.
4.5 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will ordinarily be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Where this is not possible, scrplay2 will notify you and may request alternative verified payment details.
4.6 scrplay2 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal of funds pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, scrplay2 will notify you of the hold and, where permitted by applicable law, explain the reason.
5.1 All bonuses, free bets, and promotions offered by scrplay2 are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Terms. Where there is a conflict between specific promotional terms and these Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
5.2 Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied. The Wagering Requirement, eligible games, and time limit for each promotion are stated in the promotional terms. Wagering on games excluded from a promotion does not count toward the Wagering Requirement.
5.3 scrplay2 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to not prejudicing any bonus already awarded and in the process of being cleared through play.
5.4 Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless the promotional terms expressly state otherwise. Attempts to claim bonuses in excess of permitted limits constitute bonus abuse and are subject to forfeiture.
5.5 In the event that scrplay2 determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage, or any other conduct designed to generate guaranteed profit from promotional offers, scrplay2 reserves the right to void all bonus funds, remove associated winnings, and suspend the Account.
6.1 All games available on the scrplay2 Platform are provided by licensed third-party gaming studios. Game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealing procedures conducted in licensed studios, as applicable to the game type.
6.2 Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages based on independent certification. Individual player results will vary and may differ materially from stated RTPs over any given session or period.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game, scrplay2 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter fairly. Where a game result cannot be verified due to a system error, the game round may be voided and stakes returned.
6.4 Decisions of scrplay2's operations team regarding disputed gaming outcomes are final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in Section 12.
6.5 Players must not use automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or any game. Any Account found to be using such tools will be suspended and all funds subject to review and potential forfeiture.
7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the scrplay2 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
7.2 scrplay2 reserves the right to close any Account engaged in prohibited activities without prior notice, retain all funds pending investigation, and report suspected illegal activity to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
8.1 scrplay2 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion, accessible through Account Settings.
8.2 Self-exclusion requests take effect promptly upon confirmation and may be set for defined periods or indefinitely. During a self-exclusion period, scrplay2 will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the Platform, and will not direct any promotional communications to the excluded Account.
8.3 scrplay2 complies with the responsible gaming requirements of its licensing authority. Age verification is mandatory and enforced. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use self-exclusion tools and to seek assistance from a qualified support service.

9.1 All content on the scrplay2 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game content, and user interface design — is the property of scrplay2 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
9.3 The scrplay2 name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks of scrplay2. Unauthorised use of these trademarks is prohibited.
10.1 The scrplay2 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. scrplay2 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, scrplay2 excludes all liability for: (a) indirect, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform; (b) loss of profits, data, or goodwill; (c) losses arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions; (d) losses arising from the actions of third-party payment providers or game studios.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by scrplay2's negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
10.4 scrplay2's total liability to you under these Terms, in respect of any one event or series of related events, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the 12 months preceding the relevant event.
11.1 scrplay2 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, scrplay2 will provide reasonable advance notice via the email address registered to your Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform.
11.2 Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and withdraw your Account balance before the effective date.
11.3 The date at the top of these Terms indicates the version currently in force. Previous versions of these Terms are available from scrplay2 support upon request.
12.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which scrplay2 holds its primary gaming licence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12.2 In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you should first contact scrplay2 support to seek informal resolution. scrplay2 will use reasonable efforts to resolve complaints within 10 business days of receipt.
12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism of scrplay2's licensing authority, whose decision shall be binding on both parties, subject to applicable appeal rights.
12.4 Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
